Annalisa Tornfelt is the lead singer and fiddle player for Black Prairie, an acoustic band out of Portland, OR. Black Prairie was originally an instrumental band, but as time has gone by Annalisa’s vocals have become an integral part of the band’s sound. While Black Prairie is on hiatus (most of the band members are also in The Decemberists), Annalisa released her own solo album — The Number 8.
